- Formulate and implement comprehensive tourism product development and event partnership strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Curate, plan and deliver large‑scale events end‑to‑end, ensuring alignment with global marketing campaigns and enhancing overall visitor experience.
- Identify, evaluate and nurture potential events, partners and sponsorship opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to maximise tourism appeal and impact.
- Build and manage strong relationships with government bureaux, public bodies, event organisers and strategic partners to secure support, approvals and collaboration.
- Enhance event and campaign programmes with creative, trend‑driven elements such as digital art, innovative technology and immersive experiences.
- Lead negotiation and formulation of agreements, contracts and sponsorship packages, ensuring compliance with legal, governance and industry requirements.
- Manage event budgets, performance analysis, resource planning and financial tracking to ensure efficiency and achievement of business targets.
- Oversee risk management, operational execution and service provider performance to ensure safe, smooth and high‑quality event delivery.
- Drive cross‑team collaboration and communication across internal divisions and global offices to facilitate event promotion and tourism product development.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations and reports, and undertake additional duties or special assignments as required.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business/ Communication/ Marketing/ Tourism Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant event, public relations or marketing experience in MNC/ events industry is preferred
- Strong interest and expertise knowledge in event tourism/ marketing/ partnership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and able to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect dots in complex environment, turn insights into action plan
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals
- Innovative and resourceful in soliciting and enhancing event partnership and tourism product development
- Experience in organising, marketing and promoting sizable events
- Knowledge of the functionality and operation of various government departments/ commercial sectors in the aspects of event tourism is preferred
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
