Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver daily Physical Education lessons for primary and/or secondary students (including fitness, ball games, athletics, aquatics, etc.);

• Design and lead diverse, engaging PE programs, incorporating elements of IBDP, A Level, IGCSE, Lower Secondary and/or Primary Physical, or local curriculum frameworks as appropriate;

• Coach and train school teams, organize intra-school and inter-school competitions, and lead various sports events (priority given to basketball, football/soccer, swimming, athletics, badminton, etc.);

• Assist with co-curricular activities, Sports Day, inter-school competitions, and promotion of healthy living;

• Collaborate with class teachers and parents to support students’ physical and mental well-being.

Requirements:

• Hold a recognized bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Physical Education or related disciplines (such as Kinesiology, Sports Science, etc.);

• Possess Hong Kong–recognized professional teacher training in Physical Education (PGDE major in PE / BEd in PE or equivalent qualification);

• Hold teacher qualifications recognized by the Hong Kong Education Bureau (Registered Teacher) or be eligible to apply for registration as a Registered/Permitted Teacher;

• Fluent in English (as the primary medium of instruction), with good proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferred;

• At least 2–3 years of experience in school physical education teaching or coaching school teams (experience in international or private schools preferred);

• Passionate about interacting with students, with strong classroom management and communication skills;

• Possession of a valid First Aid certificate and lifeguard qualification is an advantage;

• Must undergo a Sexual Conviction Record Check.
