
Malvern College Hong Kong seeks a Sports Coordinator to support the administration and delivery of our whole‑school sports programme.
Contract Type: Full Time, Two-year contract
Start Date: August 2026
Key Responsibilities
As a Sports Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate sports fixtures, leagues, tournaments and training
Arrange logistics, including venues, transport, officials and equipment
Communicate sports schedules and information with pupils, parents, staff and coaches
Maintain records of fixtures, results, awards and team information
Support team trials, kit allocation and basic equipment management
Help run selected break‑time or after‑school sports activities
Requirements
Degree or above in a relevant discipline, or equivalent qualification
Coaching qualifications and Education‑related studies are an advantage, but not essential
Fluent English and Cantonese (spoken and written) is a must
Experience planning and delivering sports activities or programmes
Experience coaching or working within an international school is preferred
Strong organisation, communication and IT skills
Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
