Job Descriptions

• Undertake the administrative and clerical duties of development of CHK website and Mobile App
• Populate, maintain and monitor the websites and CHK’s Social media channels
• Write promotion copy (where required) and undertake video/other media initiatives as well
• Assist with execution of CHK commercial partnerships
• Undertake other promotional work as directed
• Plan and execute promotion of CHK brand at all hosted events
• Deliver on camera material in Cantonese and English where required
• Develop local media partnerships and/or work with PR partners by creating and maintaining media connections and maximum coverage
• Be the central contact for all external media relations and advise staff on all media interactions

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade E/Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent, is a must
• Must be able to write and speak fluent English and Chinese and preferable Mandarin
• Have either graphic design or video editing skills (both ideal)
• Preferably to have some knowledge of cricket
• Be energetic and display a passion for promoting sport in the Hong Kong community
• Only candidates based in Hong Kong will be shortlisted

Preferred Attributes

• A Tertiary qualification
• Experience working in the media
