
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage activities of HKCRA’s office, including supervision and management of clerical staff.
2. Prepare and submit annual budgets and providing regular reports on income and expenditure to the
Committee.
3. Provide secretarial support to the office-bearers and executives of HKCRA.
4. Support procurement and administrative tasks related to LCSD subvention, particularly in facilities
and equipment acquisition.
5. Liaise with LCSD and other bodies on funding and other relevant matters.
6. Organise and execute the programmes approved by the HKCRA.
7. Monitor the use of equipment and assist in basic rigging and maintenance work.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and the Executive Director.
Entry Requirements
1. Grade E/Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or Level 2 or above in five subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent.
Remark: Grade C in English Language (Syllabus A) is recognized as equivalent to Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B).
2. An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
3. With Rowing Coach Qualifications and having experience in coaching Junior or Youth crews would be a significant advantage.
4. A minimum of 2 years of working experience is preferred.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently, be detail-minded, with strong task prioritization and effective time management skills.
7. Self-motivated, result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and high team spirit.
8. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
9. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Remark
As this is a top-up post for Sports Administrative Assistant (SAA), candidates are required to fulfill the above educational qualification.
