
Major Duties
Design and execute the annual marketing plan for local competitions, Local Tournament Enhancement Programme and Hong Kong Team.
Manage, develop, and publish engaging content for the Association’s website and social media channels.
Prepare press materials (e.g., invitations, kits, releases) and track press coverage.
Plan and coordinate publicity activities and side-events for the Association and local tournaments, and initiatives led by any Association Commissions.
Create, implement and evaluate advertising & promotion plans, including venue dressing for local tournaments and corporate events.
Collaborate with external parties, including press agencies, broadcasters, production houses, and other stakeholders.
Lead the revamp project for website and membership system.
Provide IT support by assisting in installing and configuring software and connecting various devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
Troubleshoot computer issues by helping diagnose and resolve common hardware and software problems along with network connectivity issues.
Prepare regular activity reports; attend and provide administrative support for meetings of the Executive Committee, Commissions, and Working Groups.
Maintain accurate, organized records and publications.
Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
General Requirements
An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field is preferable.
Working experience in sports related field, marketing/event/press/media agency, in-house marketing department is an advantage.
Knowledge of Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) or other graphic design application is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of YouTube live streaming is an advantage.
Knowledge of website analytics is an advantage.
Good presentation skills and a high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Perform duties outside normal office hours and outdoor field work are required.
Salary
HK$28,507 per month
