Key Responsibilities
Support the Manager in overseeing programme planning and daily operations at the water sports centre, ensuring efficient execution and high service quality
Coordinate logistics, including meetings, run-downs, freelance staff and etc
Manage booking systems and ensure excellent participant experience
Prepare routine programme and financial reports for key stakeholders
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and manage staff rosters
Liaise with partners and contractors for programme delivery and facility upkeep
Provide on-site support, including school coordination and material prep
Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and quality delivery
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Sports Management, or related field
5+ years’ experience in project and funding management, preferably in water sports or NGO settings
Strong presentation skills; effective engagement with youth and community groups
Having water sports certificate would be an advantage
Tech-savvy with knowledge of AI tools
Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized with strong interpersonal skills
Work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and at off-site locations
